Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 3 March 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern all services, sessions, programs, courses, events, mentorships, and digital products provided by Georgia Mitchell.

By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not proceed with booking or participation.

1. Nature of Services

All services are spiritual and intuitive in nature and are provided for personal insight and informational purposes only.

Services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice and are not a substitute for professional care.

No fiduciary, therapeutic, medical, or professional-client relationship is created.

2. Eligibility

Services are available to individuals aged 18 years or over. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking via Wix Payments or PayPal.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are not eligible for a refund as a change of mind. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If Georgia Mitchell cancels a session, you will be offered a reschedule or refund.

5. Refunds

A service is considered delivered once the scheduled session has commenced.

Digital products are considered delivered upon access or transmission.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with subjective experience or perceived outcomes.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, liability for breach of any non-excludable guarantee is limited to:

• supplying the service again, or
• paying the cost of having the service supplied again.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretations.

Sessions may involve emotional reflection. Clients are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where required.

7. Conduct

Respectful conduct is required.

Georgia Mitchell may refuse, pause, or terminate a session if a client behaves in a threatening, abusive, or inappropriate manner, or if the session cannot proceed safely or constructively.

No refund will be issued where termination results from client misconduct.

8. Third-Party Limitations

Readings are provided only for the individual booking the session. No information will be provided about third parties without their consent.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, recordings, meditations, and digital products remain the intellectual property of Georgia Mitchell.

Content may not be copied, recorded, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Technology

Clients are responsible for maintaining stable internet and device access for online sessions.

Technical issues on the Client’s end do not warrant refunds. If technical failure occurs on the Provider’s end, the session will be rescheduled.

11. Force Majeure

Georgia Mitchell is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state of New South Wales.
