Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, sessions, programs, courses, events, mentorships, and digital products provided by Georgia Mitchell (“Provider”). By booking, purchasing, attending, participating in, or otherwise engaging with any offering, you (“Client”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree, you must not proceed with booking, purchase, or participation.
1. Binding Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. Booking, payment, or participation implies irrevocable acceptance. By booking, you affirm you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms without limitation or qualification.
2. Scope and Nature of Services

All services provided are intuitive and spiritual in nature.

They are offered solely for informational, personal development, and entertainment purposes.

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, outcomes, or results.

Services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Services are not a substitute for professional care.

The Client bears full responsibility for decisions and actions taken after any service.
-
No fiduciary, therapeutic, medical, or professional-client relationship is created.
3. Emotional Risk Acknowledgement

Sessions may involve exploration of sensitive, emotional, or unexpected subject matter.

The Client acknowledges and accepts this emotional risk.
-
The Provider is not responsible for psychological distress or emotional responses arising from session content.

Clients are solely responsible for seeking professional support if needed before, during, or after services.
4. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years or older to book or participate.
-
Individuals under 18 must provide written consent from a legal guardian prior to booking.
-
The Provider reserves the right to request age verification.
5. Payment Terms

All bookings require full payment at the time of booking through the Provider's designated platform (Wix).
-
Accepted methods: Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized processors.
-
Bookings are not confirmed without payment.
-
Prices are subject to change without prior notice and are non-negotiable.
6. Practice Readings
-
Practice readings are developmental sessions offered at reduced or no cost.
-
They are provided for training purposes only and may not reflect the structure, depth, or delivery of a paid service.
-
No guarantees of accuracy, outcome, or evidential quality are provided.
-
Practice readings may be recorded for review by the Provider and/or the Provider’s mentor. Recordings remain the sole property of the Provider and are not shared with Clients.

Clients must respect the developmental nature of these sessions and acknowledge they are not a substitute for professional readings.
-
All other Terms in this agreement (including confidentiality, cancellations, and behavioural expectations) apply equally to practice readings.
7. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations
-
You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session.
-
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are forfeited and non-refundable.
Provider-Initiated Cancellations
-
If the Provider cancels, you will be offered a refund or reschedule at the Provider's discretion.
Refunds
-
All sales are final once the service or product has been delivered.
-
A service is considered delivered once the scheduled session has begun.
-
A digital product is considered delivered upon access, download, or transmission to the Client’s nominated email or account.
-
No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction with perceived outcomes, energetic alignment, or subjective experience.
-
This applies to all services, including mentorships, courses, workshops, and digital products.
Australian Consumer Law Notice
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, Georgia Mitchell limits liability for breach of any non-excludable guarantee to:

supplying the service again, or
-
paying the cost of having the service supplied again.
8. Technological Requirements

Sessions are conducted online (typically via Zoom).
-
The Client is solely responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection and functioning technology.

Technical issues on the Client's end will not warrant a refund or reschedule.
-
If technical failure occurs on the Provider’s end, the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality

All personal data and session content are confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Testimonials or feedback may be used for marketing with the Client's consent. Anonymity can be requested.
-
The Client agrees not to record, publish, or share session content without explicit written consent from the Provider.
10. Recording and Sharing
-
Provider Recordings: The Provider may record practice sessions for training and development purposes. Recordings may be reviewed by the Provider’s mentor. They are not shared with Clients and remain the sole property of the Provider.

Client Sharing: Clients may take notes and share their personal experience in their own words, including on social media.
-
Restrictions: Clients may not create audio or video recordings of any session. Verbatim transcription, reproduction, or redistribution of session content is prohibited without the Provider’s written consent.
11. Third-Party Readings

Readings are strictly for the individual who booked.
-
No insights will be provided about third parties without their direct and informed consent.
-
This includes, but is not limited to, ex-partners, relatives, employers, or public figures.
12. Promotions, Giveaways & Gifted Sessions
-
Giveaway sessions and discounts hold no cash value.
-
They are non-transferable unless expressly agreed in writing.
-
Must be used within the stated timeframe.
-
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
-
Only one code per transaction unless otherwise specified.
The Provider reserves the right to:
-
Cancel, revoke, or end any promotional, discounted, or gifted session at any time.
-
Refuse service or terminate ongoing giveaways if energetic alignment is compromised or boundaries are breached.
13. Group Sessions & Guest Conduct
-
Sessions must be attended from a private, quiet space.
-
No guests permitted unless pre-approved in writing.
-
Unauthorized attendance by a third party may result in immediate termination without refund.
Group offerings (courses, workshops, mentorships):

Respectful participation is mandatory.
-
The Provider is not responsible for the views or actions of guest teachers.
14. Behavioural Expectations & Energetic Boundaries
Spiritual work requires mutual respect, integrity, and presence.
The Provider reserves the right to pause, terminate, or refuse a session at any time if:

The Client is combative, manipulative, aggressive, or disrespectful.
-
The Client attempts to test, interrogate, or invalidate the Provider.
-
The Client seeks to use the session for prohibited purposes, including spying on third parties, gathering private information, seeking legal advice, or bypassing professional/therapeutic support.
-
The Provider determines there is significant energetic misalignment, disconnect, or lack of resonance.
Refunds:

No refund will be issued for sessions ended early due to inappropriate behaviour, misuse of the session, or breach of these Terms.

If a session is ended early due to mutual misalignment or lack of resonance, a partial or full refund may be offered at the sole discretion of the Provider.
15. Content Awareness & Client Responsibility

Messages and guidance may contain emotional, intense, or unexpected content.
-
Clients are responsible for how they interpret and act upon information.
-
Clients must disclose any off-limit topics prior to the start of session.
16. Future Information Disclaimer
-
All intuitive insights regarding future events are based on current energetic patterns.
-
The Provider does not guarantee outcomes.
-
Future timelines are fluid and influenced by Client choices, free will, and external factors.
17. Medical, Legal, and Financial Disclaimers
-
The Provider does not offer professional advice, treatment, or diagnosis in any legal, medical, or financial context.
-
Clients must seek qualified professional services as needed.
-
The Provider does not provide psychic readings on individuals without consent, including partners, family, or colleagues.
18. Intellectual Property
-
All service content, materials, meditations, and digital products are the intellectual property of Georgia Mitchell.
-
No part may be copied, reproduced, shared, or resold without express written permission.
19. Waiver of Liability

By participating, you release the Provider from all liability, claims, and damages arising from your use of the services.
-
You acknowledge intuitive work is interpretive and inherently uncertain.
-
You accept full responsibility for your experience and any choices made thereafter.
-
You waive any right to claim damages, loss, or injury, including claims for negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
20. Force Majeure
The Provider shall not be held liable for delay, failure, or interruption in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including illness, emergencies, natural disasters, power failure, internet outages, platform failures, or legal restrictions.
21. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Clients agree to first contact hello@georgiamitchell.com in good faith to resolve any concerns.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

Clients outside Australia agree that Australian law and jurisdiction exclusively apply.
-
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes constitute breach of contract and may result in legal action.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable in full force and effect.
23. Updates
These Terms may be updated at any time without notice. Continued use of services implies acceptance of the latest version.
24. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Georgia Mitchell. No verbal or written communication outside this document supersedes its contents unless formally executed in writing.
25. Definitions

“Client” refers to the individual booking or participating in a service.

“Provider” refers to Georgia Mitchell.
-
“Services” includes all intuitive, psychic, mediumship, spiritual, or soul-based offerings.
-
“Delivered” means the service has commenced or the product has been accessed or made available to the Client.
