1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, using this website, or engaging with my services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
If you do not agree, please do not book or use my services. Booking a session constitutes full acceptance.

2. Nature of Services

All sessions are provided for spiritual, personal development, and entertainment purposes only.
No guarantees, warranties, or assurances of any kind are made regarding the outcomes of any session.
My services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
You agree not to rely solely on any session in making significant life decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book a session.
If you are under 18, written parental or guardian consent is required prior to booking.

4. Booking & Payments

• All sessions must be booked through my Wix Booking System and paid in full at the time of booking.

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Stripe.

• All prices are listed clearly and are non-negotiable.

• No payment = no booking = no session.
   

5. Cancellations, Reschedules, and Refunds

• You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time via the Wix Booking System.

• Cancellations within 24 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

• If I need to cancel a session for any reason, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
   

Refund Policy:

• All sales are final after a session is completed.

• No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction with perceived outcomes, connection, or session content.
   

6. Technology Disclaimer

• Sessions are conducted via Zoom.

• You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and access to Zoom.

• No refunds will be provided for technical failures on your end.

• If a session is disrupted due to technical issues on my end, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
   

7. Privacy & Confidentiality

• Your privacy matters.

• All readings are confidential. I will not share your information or session content without your consent.

• If you provide feedback, you agree it may be used (anonymously unless otherwise agreed) for marketing purposes.

• By booking, you consent to the session being recorded for quality assurance, personal reference, and legal protection.
   

8. Session Recordings

• Recordings are for internal use only and will not be shared publicly without your explicit, written consent.

• You may revoke consent at any time.

• Unauthorized recording, distribution, or sharing of any session content is strictly prohibited.
   

9. No Third-Party Readings

• Sessions are conducted solely for the individual booking the session.

• I do not offer readings about third parties without their knowledge or consent (e.g., spying on exes, bosses, friends).
   

10. Giveaways, Gifted Sessions, and Coupons

• Giveaway readings and gifted sessions have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly agreed upon.

• Winners must book and attend their session within the timeframe specified. No extensions or substitutions without prior approval.

• Standard Terms & Conditions apply to all giveaway and gifted sessions.

• Coupons, discount codes, and promotional offers also have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.

• Coupons must be applied at the time of booking and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Only one coupon or discount code may be used per booking unless otherwise specified.

• Georgia Mitchell reserves the right to modify, cancel, or restrict promotions, giveaways, or coupon usage at any time without prior notice.

• Misuse of coupon codes or promotional offers (e.g., unauthorized sharing, fraudulent use) may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
   

11. Guest Policy & Private Environment

• You must be alone during your session unless prior approval is granted.

• Unauthorized guests may compromise the session and may result in immediate termination without refund.

• Please attend from a private, quiet space free from interruptions.
   

12. Energy Conduct Policy

• Sessions are a co-creative experience rooted in trust, openness, and mutual respect.

• Mediumship and psychic work are intuitive, experiential, subjective, and fluid in nature.

• I am not a performer or mind reader; Spirit brings through what is needed, not necessarily what is demanded.

• I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a session if the energy present (resistance, anger, ego, "testing") is disruptive.
   

13. Session Content Acknowledgement

By booking a session, you acknowledge that sensitive, emotional, or unexpected information may arise.
You agree to take full responsibility for how you receive and interpret any information shared.
If you have specific topics you do not wish to explore, you must communicate this before the session begins.
 

14. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel services at my sole discretion if I feel the session is not aligned, safe, or appropriate.
If cancelled prior to starting, a full refund will be issued.
 

15. Legal Liability & Disclaimer

• I make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, relevance, or outcomes of any session.

• You accept full responsibility for any decisions, interpretations, or actions taken following a session.

• Georgia Mitchell shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of services.

• Psychic and mediumship services are offered for entertainment and spiritual insight purposes only.
   

16. Disclaimer on Future Predictions

• Any references to future events are based on current energetic patterns and are not certainties.

• Free will, personal choices, and external factors can and do alter future possibilities.
   

17. Medical Disclaimer

I do not diagnose, treat, or provide advice on medical conditions.
Clients are responsible for seeking professional healthcare support where needed.
 

18. Defamation Limitation

• Information shared during sessions is subjective, intuitive, and interpretive.

• No guarantees are made regarding the truth, accuracy, or verifiability of intuitive impressions.

• Clients agree to assume full responsibility for how session content is used and interpreted.

• Georgia Mitchell is not liable for any reputational, emotional, financial, or personal impact arising from session content.
   

19. Force Majeure

I am not liable for failure or delay in performance of services due to circumstances beyond my control, including but not limited to illness, emergencies, natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
 

20. Dispute Resolution

• You agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting hello@georgiamitchell.com.

• All disputes will be governed by the laws of Australia.

• Venue for any legal disputes will be Australia.

• Filing unauthorized chargebacks constitutes breach of contract and may result in legal action.
   

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without notice.
Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Georgia Mitchell and the client regarding all services provided.
No other verbal or written communications shall alter these Terms unless agreed upon in writing.
